Owl City – Vanilla Twilight

Het nummer lijkt redelijk op de razend populaire Fireflies, al is dit wat meer een feelgood nummer dan die eerste. De stem van de zanger, Adam Young, is bijzonder en daardoor zeker in deze clip betoverend. De clip zelf is wat futuristisch. Of tenminste, dat was waarschijnlijk de bedoeling. Waar die mensen nou naar kijken, houdt de kijker naar de clip nieuwsgierig, al laat de climax misschien wat lang op zich wachten. Dat geldt voor de muziek zelf ook, dan is Fireflies toch wat pittiger. Maar, mild zijn hoeft niet verkeerd te zijn voor Vanilla Twilight.
